im back from sabah!!! yeah.

although there wasn't much activities on e trip but what made it fun was e ppl around. ppl like jy with the stupid face. xP haha. azlan who keeps joking. napok who loves to act cute. dingyao with alot of $$$. lols. jianee who's cute (unlike napok). lingling who just keeps laughing and kell who's so responsive.

the greatest things abt this trip was tt
--i got to see mt kinabalu [which is super beautiful]
--i got to breathe the cold air there [very refreshing]
--i went to this orphanage where these kids are with down syndrome [ i've never imagined getting so close with these kids.it was just SO meaningful.]
--i went to this pottery place [the pottery sold there was SUPER beautiful and cheap. had a hard time choosing..]
--i got to see the sunset!!! [its like you see the sun slowly going down the horizon. it really does!!! just within minutes. you can see it really moving downwards and disappearing. woo. just fantastic! hehe. our group was lucky. (:]

and the worst thing was the 1st 2 days where they made us waste time in the hotel room for 3 hrs. they say it was resting time. but to me it was a not-well-planned trip instead. we didn rested, instead played taiti. ha. for 3hrs each day before dinner, it was totally wasting our time.
oh and i guess this trip was much too comfortable for us. more like a eating journey. you see, we will have breakfast, after a few hrs lunch then dinner. all meals we are like eating in restaurants with 6-7 dishes each time.
the steam train we took, was much like a coach. the interior had alr been changed. i felt that it just wasn't right. having paid to go there, we should experience the life those ppl have there, instead we were treated like upper class tourist.[ok. i mean we ARE tourist. but for education i just felt that we should really experience the original].
the wedding we attended, just like what mr lee had said, we went there to experience a village wedding but instead we're being treated like some kinda big shot VIPs. having reserve front seats for us, it was more like we were there for them to see rather than we are there to see them. you see when we got there, eyes were on us the WHOLE time.
